1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VisionWorks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

VisionWorks is an AI-powered research and analysis platform that uses multi-agent swarm intelligence to process documents, build knowledge graphs, and generate analytical reports. The Platform provides tools for document analysis, web research, interactive questioning, and report generation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload documents containing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Use the Platform for automated scraping, data harvesting, or creating competing products
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Share your account access or generated reports in a manner that misrepresents authorship

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Reports generated by the Platform are owned by you. VisionWorks retains ownership of the Platform, its AI models, algorithms, design, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports, analyses, and insights generated by VisionWorks are produced by artificial intelligence and should be treated as decision-support tools, not definitive conclusions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or incomplete analysis. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated output before making decisions based on it.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your uploaded documents and generated reports will be deleted within 30 days unless required to be retained by law.
